By accessing or using mpvehicles.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our Service
MP Vehicles is a vehicle host that lists its fleet on Turo. The Site presents our vehicles and links to their Turo listings. All bookings, payments, insurance and rental agreements are transacted on Turo's platform: when you book a vehicle, you enter into Turo's rental agreement with Turo (with MP Vehicles as the host), and Turo's Terms of Service, policies and protection plans apply to your booking. Vehicle availability and pricing are shown on Turo.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or scrape or copy its content for commercial reuse without permission.
Intellectual Property
The content of the Site — text, photos, graphics and layout — belongs to MP Vehicles or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with renting our vehicles.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Vehicle descriptions and photos are provided in good faith, but availability, pricing and features are confirmed on Turo at the time of booking. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MP Vehicles is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Liability related to a rental is governed by Turo's Terms of Service and applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Santa Cruz County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
